⛽️ Bijan Robinson: Thee RB1🔥

News Desk & More

Four years ago, I had a simple dream to start a podcast, and little did I know that this humble beginning, right in my then 2-year-old's toy room, would evolve into something truly special.

Destination Devy has been a fantasy community staple for over four years. Y'all know prospect identification and evaluation is the name of the game in dynasty fantasy football. Destination Devy is the place to be to get ahead and stay ahead of your league mates.

Founded by Ray G, we aim to give you actionable and some of the most entertaining football content on the planet. Dynasty fantasy football is a game of chess, not checkers. The more you know about college prospects and upcoming classes, the better equipped you will be to position your dynasty rosters for short and long-term success. Digging into NFL Week 5

Every Week, We will share a few nuggets of information that could help you identify a potential situation to help with either a fantasy lineup or a prop bet. All Data is retrieved from Fantasy Points Data Suite.

Stat #1- Justin Herbert leads the league with 22 passes of 20+ yards or more

Kellen Moore has come in and made Justin Herbert an even more desirable asset in fantasy. The Charger offense has looked very good so far, and with Herbert throwing as much downfield early in the season, fantasy managers who made the conviction bet that he would improve in 2022 are looking good so far.

Stat #2-Bijan Robinson has run routes on 72.5% of dropbacks.

We know about how good Bijan is as a runner, but so far Bijan has also been in for a lot of passing down work as well. He hasn’t been splitting as much work on pass downs as fellow first-round rookie Jahmyr Gibbs, per se. Passing work is a major factor when we look at how a running back can be the top RB in a season. Bijan is averaging 5.5 targets per game. If he can keep up that work, he will have a case to be thee RB1.

Stat #3-Brandon Aiyuk has a 4.85 Yards per route run. 3rd best in the NFL

Aiyuk has started off the season blistering hot. He is averaging over 100 receiving yards on 5.66 catches per game. He also boasts 18.82 Yards per catch as well, which is also elite. He continues his white-hot start this Sunday against a tough Cowboys’ secondary.

Stat #4- Sam Laporta has 63 yards after contact on receptions.

Laporta has had a great start to the 2023 season. Jared Goff has looked Laporta’s way quite a bit early on. Laporta has shown an ability to get yards after contact, and that has led to his rise in dynasty value over the last month. The Lions face Carolina this week and expect more Laporta this week.
