Prop, Lock & Drop It

Devin Booker has been thrust into a playmaker role for the Pheonix Suns in the absence of Chris Paul. Last night he went over 38.5 PAR with 12 assists. They are playing on a back-to-back, but are against the New Orleans Pelicans. Whether you want to attack his PAR or just his assist number, both are very much in play tonight.

On the other side of that game look out for CJ McCollum's lines. Last night, one of our target plays was Shai Gilgeous-Alexander PAR at 31.5, and he finished the game 32/5/2, smashing that on the points alone. The absence of Chris Paul creates a massive hole in an otherwise great defense. McCollum since joining the Pelicans is averaging 28/5/6. I would be going after the points because it's the most exploitable matchup but PAR is in play as well. His usage is the highest of his career at 30.4% and I like the matchup here tonight.

Other Props we like tonight

  • Mason Plumlee UNDER 6 points

  • Christian Wood OVER 10 Rebounds

  • Dejounte Murray UNDER 38.5 PAR

We will be dropping more closer to lock in the discord, so make sure you are checking out the Picks channel for that.

Drake London WR, USC Rookie Profile

In his final season at USC, Drake London dominated with two different quarterbacks. London caught 88 passes in only eight games this year. After committing full-time to football, he showed versatility as the do-it-all man for the Trojans in 20222. He is one of the top wide receiver prospects in the 2022 NFL draft class for these reasons. Ray is back, breaking down the top prospects from the 2022 NFL draft, starting with who these players were as recruits and catching you up to them as draft prospects. He will break down some film. Dive into the analytics and give you a complete picture of Treylon Burks as an NFL prospect. Where we can expect him to go in rookie drafts and how the NFL views him.

What's Coming This Week

Monday, Feb 28th - Dynasty Start-Up Breakdown Part 2

Continuing from where we left off on Thursday. There are some better builds, and of course, we will break down Ray's team so that will be fun to see how he chose to build his roster. So look out for that on Monday!

Tuesday, March 1st - NFL Combine Primer

The combine will get started on Tuesday so there won't be much for us that morning but we will likely do a primer of who we are excited to see and some of the storylines that are dominating the headlines heading into combine week in Indy.

Wednesday, March 2nd - Hump Day Q&A!

Wednesdays we have dedicated for y'all and so be on the lookout Monday for a tweet from the Twitter account @_WakeUpTV where you can submit your questions.

Thursday, March 3rd - Surprise

Haven't fully decided yet, but whatever it is, it will be good!

Wan'Dale Robinson, WR Kentucky

Kentucky WR Wan'Dale Robinson is under the spotlight this week. In his first year at Nebraska, he did it all, catching 40 balls for 453 yards and 2 TDs while taking 88 carries for 340 yards and 3 TDs. However, after being used as a hybrid type player for two years, Wan'Dale teamed up with fellow transfer Will Levis, joining the Kentucky Wildcats in the SEC.

Both players saw their stock take off. Wan'Dale had 104 catches for 1334 yards and 7 TDs. He completely obliterated all advanced metrics (43% reception share and 3.64 yards per team pass attempt) as well. Both dominator ratings were well over the 30% threshold we love to see as well.

Wan'Dale's downfall could, unfortunately, be his size. Kentucky listed him at 5'11" 185lbs, but many believe he will come in much smaller. Many Destination Devy faithful loved Rondale Moore last year but refused to be burned by another small receiver. Over the last month, we have seen his ADP fall from 17.5 to 20.5, mainly due to his size concerns. His biggest draft stock test could very well be next week's combine.

This week, Ray will be breaking down a prospect that has risen a lot for him throughout the process: NC State RB Zonovan "Bam" Knight. Powerhouse Bishop Gorman Does It Again

New USC WR commit Zachariah Branch may be the next legend to hit the Southern California campus in 2023. Standing at only 5’9 175lbs, Zachariah is truly lightning in a bottle. The start and stopping ability, the power he runs with, and the vision he displays in the open field are electrifying. Not only is he special with the ball in his hands, but his concentration and ball control allows him to make jaw-dropping plays every week. USC fans should be hopeful that a new day is coming for their Trojans. Branch could be part of that new dynasty in a significant way.

Write his name down, folks, as Zachariah will do incredible things for the USC Trojans. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be on the field early and often once he reaches campus in one year.

In episode 48, @TheBenEby visits the desert states of Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico for the 3rd episode of this years Elite Region Series. The QB and RB positions were about as scarce as finding water in the desert sand but we were able to track one at each position who were worth noting in QB Jordan Gile and RB Kevaughn Clark.
